Mint Middle East works in partnership with Banks to provide electronic disbursement services thru issuance of prepaid cards to salaried employees who previously received their wages in cash. The salary is loaded onto the prepaid card electronically for the employee to withdraw cash from dedicated closed loop ATM’s for free as well as open loop ATM’s for a nominal fee.
